Prior to 1.5.14, IPCameraFrameGrabber doubles a 32-bit buffer capacity without checking for overflow or bounding the parsed Content-Length. An application consumes an MJPEG response from a malicious camera endpoint or a tampered plaintext stream. The source can return an oversized Content-Length header in an MJPEG stream. Successful exploitation can trap the frame-grabbing thread in a permanent CPU-spinning loop and deny service. This issue is fixed in version 1.5.14.","state":0,"publishedAt":"2026-10-16T19:51:57.641+00:00","modifiedAt":"2026-10-28T17:53:35.339+00:00","affected":[{"ecosystem":"Vendor product","name":"javacv","ranges":[],"versions":[],"rawVersionEvidence":"{\n                    \"vendor\": \"bytedeco\",\n                    \"product\": \"javacv\",\n                    \"versions\": [\n                        {\n                            \"version\": \"< 1.5.14\",\n                            \"status\": \"affected\"\n                        }\n                    ]\n                }"}],"metrics":[{"system":"CVSS 3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H","score":7.5,"severity":"HIGH"}],"references":["https://github.com/bytedeco/javacv/security/advisories/GHSA-rxjv-24xq-76wc","https://github.com/bytedeco/javacv/commit/cd1977800b827beadf3c53c4032e57172845e0b4","https://github.com/bytedeco/javacv/releases/tag/1.5.14"],"sourceUrl":"https://www.cve.org/CVERecord?id=CVE-2026-102834","license":"CVE Program Terms of Use","key":"cve-program:CVE-2026-102834","identifiers":["CVE-2026-102834"]},"retained":false,"historicalAffected":[]}],"coverage":[]}
