Prior to 3.1.0, the GET /api/v1/public-chatflows/:id endpoint returns the full chatflow object without sanitization for public chatflows. Docker validation revealed this is worse than initially assessed: the sanitizeFlowDataForPublicEndpoint function does NOT exist in the released v3.0.13 Docker image. Both public-chatflows AND public-chatbotConfig return completely raw flowData including credential IDs, plaintext API keys, and password-type fields. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.1.0.","state":0,"publishedAt":"2026-04-23T19:52:20.973+00:00","modifiedAt":"2026-04-24T13:39:52.9+00:00","affected":[{"ecosystem":"Vendor product","name":"Flowise","ranges":[],"versions":[],"rawVersionEvidence":"{\n                    \"vendor\": \"FlowiseAI\",\n                    \"product\": \"Flowise\",\n                    \"versions\": [\n                        {\n                            \"version\": \"< 3.1.0\",\n                            \"status\": \"affected\"\n                        }\n                    ]\n                }"}],"metrics":[{"system":"CVSS 4.0","vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:H/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N","score":8.7,"severity":"HIGH"}],"references":["https://github.com/FlowiseAI/Flowise/security/advisories/GHSA-w47f-j8rh-wx87"],"sourceUrl":"https://www.cve.org/CVERecord?id=CVE-2026-41278","license":"CVE Program Terms of Use","key":"cve-program:CVE-2026-41278","identifiers":["CVE-2026-41278"]},"retained":false,"historicalAffected":[]}],"coverage":[]}
