The functions had no limit on the size of the body. A client could thus send a large body and exhaust the memory of the server. The request needs no authentication.\n\n`juniper_hyper` 0.10.1 reads at most 2 MiB of a request body by default. The functions respond with `413 Payload Too Large` to larger bodies. A `juniper_hyper::BodyLimit` in the extensions of a request changes the limit for the request.","state":0,"publishedAt":"2026-10-28T12:00:00+00:00","modifiedAt":"2026-10-29T14:15:02.3369226+00:00","affected":[{"ecosystem":"crates.io","name":"juniper_hyper","ranges":[{"type":"SEMVER","events":[{"kind":"introduced","version":"0.0.0-0"},{"kind":"fixed","version":"0.10.1"}]}],"versions":[],"rawVersionEvidence":null}],"metrics":[{"system":"CVSS_V3","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H","score":null,"severity":null}],"references":["https://crates.io/crates/juniper_hyper","https://rustsec.org/advisories/RUSTSEC-2026-0415.html","https://github.com/graphql-rust/juniper/pull/1405"],"sourceUrl":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/RUSTSEC-2026-0415","license":"OSV · upstream source license applies","key":"osv:RUSTSEC-2026-0415","identifiers":["RUSTSEC-2026-0415","GHSA-pfrg-qg4f-grmv"]},"retained":false,"historicalAffected":[]}],"coverage":[]}
