Disable showing the splash screen
Supported on Only Internet Explorer 5.0
What it does
Prevents the Internet Explorer splash screen from appearing when users start the browser. If you enable this policy, the splash screen, which displays the program name, licensing, and copyright information, is not displayed. If you disable this policy or do not configure it, the splash screen will be displayed when users start their browsers.

- The OMA-URI is an inferred ADMX-backed Policy CSP candidate derived from the source ADMX file name and policy name.
- Some Microsoft policies use built-in Policy CSP pages whose area names don't match the ADMX file name, so verify the candidate against Microsoft Learn before deployment.
