This ensures that insights remain aligned with the finalized evaluation. If no changes are made, summary regeneration is skipped to optimize performance and cost. Administrators can control this behavior through a Customer Service admin center configuration setting. When enabled, summaries are automatically refreshed after edits to maintain accuracy. When disabled, the existing behavior is retained, and summaries remain unchanged after evaluation updates.
