Use this resource to configure users that are allowed or excluded from using an authentication method. Added the featureTarget resource type. Added the microsoftAuthenticatorFeatureSettings resource type. Added the featureSettings property to the microsoftAuthenticatorAuthenticationMethodConfiguration resource. This property allows you to configure Microsoft Authenticator settings such as application context and location context, and whether they are enabled for all users or specific users only.
