Added the download attachment content and upload attachment content methods to the attachment resource type to transfer case evidence in chunks and retrieve it after malware scanning. Added the get relation and delete relation methods to the relation resource type to read and remove links between a case and related security resources. Added the delete task method to the task resource type to remove a task from a case.
