When this will happen

Public Preview: We will begin rolling out on late March 2025 and expect to complete by late June 2025.

General Availability (Worldwide): We will communicate via Message center when we are ready to proceed.

How this will affect your organization

Users will now have the ability to interact with Viva Connections cards directly from any SharePoint agents. This enhancement ensures that relevant information is readily accessible within the context of their conversations, improving productivity and user experience.

For more information, see the following:

What you need to do to prepare

If Viva Connections is enabled, dashboard cards will be available in SharePoint agents when relevant to a user's conversation. No admin action is required. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate.
