What the notice says

Microsoft’s text, with source markup removed
We are announcing the ability to use your voice to interact with Copilot for Power Automate. This feature allows users to dictate automation steps using natural language when setting up flows. This feature will reach general availability on May 31, 2025. How does this affect me? Users can create and manage desktop flows using natural language spoken through a microphone. Users can start using voice commands by clicking the microphone icon in the bottom right of the Copilot pane. Once active, they can dictate automation steps hands-free. To finish, they click the stop icon, and the prompt is automatically submitted to Copilot. What do I need to do to prepare? This message is for awareness and no action is required. If you would like more information on this feature, please visit Use your voice to interact with Copilot.
