The newly refreshed landing page for Copilot in the MAC (Microsoft 365 Admin Center) allows you to get an at-a-glance view of the Copilot journey across Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot. We have added Success metrics for each pillar and new metrics like Chat active users, Assisted hours for licensed users, and Satisfaction rate. Each pillar also has multi-signal actionable, personalized insights to unblock and accelerate adoption leveraging data from configuration, readiness, security, usage, adoption, and engagement. We are also introducing a Security pivot where you can see insights into Purview capabilities and actions needed. And we are centralizing usage reports related to Copilot under the new Usage pivot.
