We are announcing the ability to ensure precise customer interactions with fine-tuned Sales Qualification Agent in Dynamics 365 Sales. This feature will reach public preview on July 1, 2026. How does this affect me? This feature enables you to use your own AI model, trained on your data, to power the Sales Qualification Agent and Copilot capabilities. This flexibility allows you to tailor the agent's performance, ensuring it delivers precise and meaningful interactions with potential customers. What action do I need to take? This message is for awareness, and no action is required.
