This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 409228. When this will happen: General Availability (Worldwide, GCC): We will begin rolling out in late September 2024 (previously mid-September) and expect to complete by early October 2024 (previously late September). General Availability (GCC High, DoD): We will begin rolling out in mid-October 2024 and expect to complete by early December 2024 (previously late November). How this will affect your organization: Presenters external to the organization will now be able to join events through their mobile devices. For more information on external presenters, see Schedule a town hall in Microsoft Teams. What you need to do to prepare: This rollout will happen automatically with no admin action required.
