Message Center
Notices Microsoft posts in the Microsoft 365 admin center, with the changes this installation saw between versions. Collected today · Observed across 2 reference Microsoft 365 tenants (Reference tenant (MVP); Reference tenant (Evotec)); each notice shows how many of them returned it. Verify applicability in your own tenant's Message Center.
Versions captured by this deployment. Earlier versions and notices may be missing; first observed is not first published.
Summary counts cover the full published population; the filters below narrow the list and impact views.

Message Center is tenant-scoped. This is the union observed by the labelled reference tenants, not a complete Microsoft-wide catalog. Licensing, service subscriptions, audience and publication timing can change which notices Microsoft returns.
A notice absent from the latest read remains in the archive. Absence alone does not establish that Microsoft withdrew it. A successful collection and an unlimited export do not establish that all Microsoft notices were visible.
Stale contributions are retained snapshots from unsuccessful or missing reference reads. Notices seen only there are excluded from the current count. Cloud and entitlement coverage are not established by the reference labels alone.
| Reference label | Contribution collected | State | Notices seen in contribution |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reference tenant (MVP) | today 20:44 UTC | Current contribution | 525 |
| Reference tenant (Evotec) | today 20:38 UTC | Current contribution | 533 |
For broader coverage, the operator can merge independently collected reference exports from additional appropriately entitled tenants. This page does not query or activate a tenant connector.
Coverage cases
Check known notice IDs against this export. A missing case identifies a coverage question; it does not establish a parser failure, a missing license, or withdrawal by Microsoft. Case labels are supplied by the operator.
No coverage cases configured. The operator can add known MC IDs and neutral cohort labels under ReferenceMessages:CoverageCases.
