Other providers' IP ranges
The address lists other providers publish for allow lists, read from each provider's own file every six hours, and what each change did to the addresses covered.
RSS
A provider can send from new addresses shortly before, or without, listing them in its mail records; following the full list and its changes is how a firewall or mail allow list keeps up. These are the providers' lists, not a complete policy.
How this works
Each provider's file is read whole; a file that is incomplete or malformed keeps the last good lists. A change compares the lists address by address: a range merged into a wider one is not a removal. Google's own services are its full list without its Cloud customer ranges, as Google defines them.
