What it does

NOTE: Once this policy is Enabled, only Disable will remove the registry value. Enabled to Not Configured will have NO EFFECT. This setting is only applicable if the virtual disk type is VHDX NOTE: The default is the sytem default which is the same as "Not Configured" Registry Entry: HKLM\SOFTWARE\FSLogix\Profiles\VHDXSectorSize Type: DWORD Values: 0 = System Default, 512, 4096
