Microsoft Outlook 2016 › Security › Trust Center
Apply macro security settings to macros, add-ins and additional actions
Supported on SUPPORTED_Windows7 (defined in the Windows templates)
What it does
This policy setting controls whether Outlook also applies the macro security settings to installed COM add-ins and additional actions. If you enable this policy setting, the macro security settings will also be applied to add-ins and additional actions. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, Outlook does not use the macro security settings to determine whether to run macros, installed COM add-ins, and additional actions.

- The OMA-URI is an inferred ADMX-backed Policy CSP candidate derived from the source ADMX file name and policy name.
- Some Microsoft policies use built-in Policy CSP pages whose area names don't match the ADMX file name, so verify the candidate against Microsoft Learn before deployment.
