Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 › Miscellaneous
Disable the Office Start screen for PowerPoint
Supported on SUPPORTED_Windows7 (defined in the Windows templates)
What it does
This policy setting controls whether the Office Start screen appears on boot for PowerPoint. If you enable this policy setting, users will not see the Office Start screen when they boot PowerPoint. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, users will see the Office Start screen when they boot PowerPoint. Note: This policy setting is overridden by the policy setting "Microsoft Office 2016 > Miscellaneous > Disable the Office Start screen for all Office applications" if that policy setting is set.

- Some Microsoft policies use built-in Policy CSP pages whose area names don't match the ADMX file name, so verify the candidate against Microsoft Learn before deployment.
