Summary

This feature allows admins to configure line keys for various scenarios on Teams phone devices, including personal and common area phones (CAP). Scenarios supported include speed dial, shared line, collaborative call delegation, and call transfers. This item's rollout was paused and will begin in 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience.
