It includes success metrics for each pillar, new metrics like active chat users, assisted hours, and satisfaction rate, plus multi-signal, personalized and actionable insights to drive adoption. We’ve added a security pivot for Purview actions and centralized Copilot usage reports under a new usage pivot.
