Microsoft Power Platform governance and administration: Maker Guidelines

The Maker guidelines feature gives organizations a direct way to share guidance with Copilot Studio makers in the flow of work. Administrators can explain which tools, models, connectors, and channels are approved for an environment and point makers to the right policy, request process, or support contact.

The message appears in the Review pane alongside the agent's blockers and warnings and remains available when the agent has no issues. This gives makers a consistent place to understand organizational expectations and find help without leaving Copilot Studio.
