Shopify expanded core B2B capabilities to all plans, and the Shopify connector supports company synchronization, B2B order processing, and market catalogs across those plans. The latest improvements make tax identifiers, company records, and catalog pricing easier to configure and help prevent conflicting price synchronization.

The following capabilities are available on all Shopify plans:

Company synchronization : Import Shopify B2B companies and company locations and map them to customers in Business Central.

B2B order processing : When a B2B order arrives, the connector identifies the company and resolves the correct bill-to and ship-to customer based on the company location.

Market catalogs : Assign catalogs to B2B markets for price synchronization. Basic, Grow, and Advanced plans support up to three active market catalog assignments. The Plus plan supports unlimited assignments.

Customer and company synchronization includes these improvements:

Open Companies directly from the Shopify navigation group on supported role centers.
