Sales Development Agent can turn a prospect’s interest in meeting into a booked seller meeting. The agent asks the prospect to provide preferred dates and times, evaluates those options against the appropriate seller’s calendar, and books the first valid option in the prospect’s stated preference order. The seller and prospect receive the meeting invitation, while the seller receives additional conversation context to support a warm handoff. If scheduling cannot be completed, the agent transfers the request and relevant context to the seller for follow-up.
