Microsoft Viva: Conversation Analytics

Conversation analytics updates are coming to Microsoft Viva Engage, giving communicators richer signals to understand how audiences engage with posts and announcements.

With this update, conversation analytics will include new engagement insights such as click-through rate, open rate, dwell time, and video performance signals. These enhancements help communicators better understand whether employees opened a conversation, spent time with the content, clicked through to linked resources, or engaged with video attachments. Click-through rate and open rate are expected to begin rolling out first with additional conversation analytics enhancements, including dwell time and video performance signals, expected to follow shortly after.
