Code Injection in CGM CLININET
Collected exploitation and prediction evidence
Risk source coverageCISA KEV is observed exploitation evidence. FIRST EPSS is a dated prediction of exploitation in the next 30 days. Missing scores are unknown. This collector requests predictions only for explicit CVE aliases in the public NuGet archive; Microsoft release views retain their existing prediction scope.
No collected risk observation for these identifiers. This does not establish absence of exploitation or a zero probability.
cve-program · CVE-2025-30045
PublishedCGM CLININET is vulnerable to Code Injection in the ConvExpr function, which processes Perl expressions into RTF document content. Due to improper control of the code evaluated from these expressions, an authenticated, high-privileged attacker can cause arbitrary code to be executed with root privileges. The vulnerability was confirmed to affect versions up to 2026.MS3 but later versions may also be vulnerable.
