Remote Code Execution via Java Deserialization in CGM CLININET
Collected exploitation and prediction evidence
Risk source coverageCISA KEV is observed exploitation evidence. FIRST EPSS is a dated prediction of exploitation in the next 30 days. Missing scores are unknown. This collector requests predictions only for explicit CVE aliases in the public NuGet archive; Microsoft release views retain their existing prediction scope.
No collected risk observation for these identifiers. This does not establish absence of exploitation or a zero probability.

PublishedCGM CLININET is vulnerable to Remote Code Execution caused by deserialization of untrusted data. The server exposes an HTTP-based API, used by the administrative module, that exchanges data using Java object serialization. An attacker within the same local network is able to send requests to this API and transmit a crafted serialized object. When it is deserialized, it allows arbitrary code execution with root privileges on the server. This issue was fixed in version 2026.MS3
