Easily exploitable vulnerability allows high privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Oracle Concurrent Processing executes to compromise Oracle Concurrent Processing. While the vulnerability is in Oracle Concurrent Processing, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change).
