Stored XSS in KGS Software tia Viewer
Collected exploitation and prediction evidence
Risk source coverageCISA KEV is observed exploitation evidence. FIRST EPSS is a dated prediction of exploitation in the next 30 days. Missing scores are unknown. This collector requests predictions only for explicit CVE aliases in the public NuGet archive; Microsoft release views retain their existing prediction scope.
No collected risk observation for these identifiers. This does not establish absence of exploitation or a zero probability.

PublishedKGS Software tia Viewer is vulnerable to Stored XSS via the annotation API. Due to the lack of input validation, an authenticated attacker can inject arbitrary JavaScript payload into a stickynote annotation. When any user opens the document, the viewer renders the annotation and the browser executes the payload. This may lead to compromising the user's session. This issue has been fixed in version 1.2.8.
