Open WebUI 0.6.42 before 0.11.4 Memory Exhaustion via Compressed Remote Image
Collected exploitation and prediction evidence
Risk source coverageCISA KEV is observed exploitation evidence. FIRST EPSS is a dated prediction of exploitation in the next 30 days. Missing scores are unknown. This collector requests predictions only for explicit CVE aliases in the public NuGet archive; Microsoft release views retain their existing prediction scope.
No collected risk observation for these identifiers. This does not establish absence of exploitation or a zero probability.
cve-program · CVE-2026-109294
PublishedOpen WebUI from 0.6.42 before 0.11.4 contains an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability that allows authenticated users to exhaust server memory by supplying compressed remote image URLs in chat messages. Attackers can point the image field at a host returning gzip-encoded responses, which get_image_base64_from_url decompresses unbounded, causing denial of service for all users.
