Traefik v3.7.0 before v3.7.14 Client CA Mix-up via auth-tls-secret Name Collision
Collected exploitation and prediction evidence
Risk source coverageCISA KEV is observed exploitation evidence. FIRST EPSS is a dated prediction of exploitation in the next 30 days. Missing scores are unknown. This collector requests predictions only for explicit CVE aliases in the public NuGet archive; Microsoft release views retain their existing prediction scope.
No collected risk observation for these identifiers. This does not establish absence of exploitation or a zero probability.
cve-program · CVE-2026-114638
PublishedTraefik v3.7.0 before v3.7.14 contains an improper authentication vulnerability in the Kubernetes Ingress NGINX provider that merges client CAs when auth-tls-secret names collide after dot-to-dash normalization. Attackers holding certificates from another host's CA can access a host requiring its own client CA, while that host's legitimate clients are refused.
