CVE-2026-118131
Collected exploitation and prediction evidence
Risk source coverageCISA KEV is observed exploitation evidence. FIRST EPSS is a dated prediction of exploitation in the next 30 days. Missing scores are unknown. This collector requests predictions only for explicit CVE aliases in the public NuGet archive; Microsoft release views retain their existing prediction scope.
No collected risk observation for these identifiers. This does not establish absence of exploitation or a zero probability.
cve-program · CVE-2026-118131
PublishedGnuPG (version 2.5.21) for Windows contains a vulnerability where default Discretionary Access Control List (DACL) inheritance on the C:\ProgramData directory allows members of the BUILTIN\Users group to create arbitrary subdirectories under this path. An attacker with low-privilege access can create the expected GnuPG configuration directory and inject malicious configuration files consumed by GnuPG components. This can result in code execution within the security context of the victim user.
