GRR vulnerable to Arbitrary File Read and Deletion
Collected exploitation and prediction evidence
Risk source coverageCISA KEV is observed exploitation evidence. FIRST EPSS is a dated prediction of exploitation in the next 30 days. Missing scores are unknown. This collector requests predictions only for explicit CVE aliases in the public NuGet archive; Microsoft release views retain their existing prediction scope.
No collected risk observation for these identifiers. This does not establish absence of exploitation or a zero probability.

PublishedGRR is a resource management and reservation application. Prior to the advisory-reported fixed version 4.5.0, the database restoration feature fails to enforce or validate file paths. A user with administrator privileges can manipulate the input to read or delete arbitrary files on the server, causing sensitive file disclosure and denial of service through file deletion. The impact is amplified when the server runs with elevated privileges. The advisory reports this issue as fixed in version 4.5.0.
