Local Privilege Escalation via DLL Sideloading in TeamViewer Patch Management for Windows
Collected exploitation and prediction evidence
Risk source coverageCISA KEV is observed exploitation evidence. FIRST EPSS is a dated prediction of exploitation in the next 30 days. Missing scores are unknown. This collector requests predictions only for explicit CVE aliases in the public NuGet archive; Microsoft release views retain their existing prediction scope.
No collected risk observation for these identifiers. This does not establish absence of exploitation or a zero probability.
cve-program · CVE-2026-92377
PublishedImproper access control in the Patch Management update mechanism of TeamViewer Full Client and Host for Windows prior to version 15.82 allows a local authenticated attacker with low privileges to supply a signed executable through a forged IPC response and cause it to load a malicious DLL from a user-writable temporary directory. Successful exploitation results in arbitrary code execution with NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM privileges.
