User impact: Users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services using GSA. More info: Impacted services may include, but aren't limited to: - Outlook - Outlook on the web - OneDrive - SharePoint Online - Microsoft Teams - Windows 365 Cloud PCs As a workaround, users may disable GSA to access the affected Microsoft 365 services until the resolution of this incident. Current status: We're finishing our restarts throughout the affected infrastructure and expect this will be complete and resolve all impact by Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 7:00 PM UTC. Our telemetry is showing service recovery, and we'll continue to monitor to ensure full remediation. Scope of impact: Some users in Germany attempting to access Microsoft 365 services listed in the More info section using GSA may be impacted.
