Message:This incident has been resolved. Access to the Cloud NGFW for AWS management portal is fully restored.Beginning at approximately 18:05 UTC, a configuration change applied during a routine internal deployment caused the portal's content delivery layer to lose access to its origin, resulting in "Access Denied" errors for users loading the portal. We corrected the access configuration and confirmed the portal is serving normally.
