Control tracking query parameters filtering
Supported on Microsoft Windows 7 or later
What it does
This policy controls whether Brave automatically strips known tracking query parameters from URLs when Brave Shields is enabled. It has no affect when Brave Shields are disabled. If this policy is set to true, known tracking query parameters will be filtered when Brave Shields is enabled. If this policy is set to false, known tracking query parameters will not be filtered. If this policy is left unset, known tracking query parameters will be filtered when Brave Shields is enabled.

- The OMA-URI is an inferred ADMX-backed Policy CSP candidate derived from the source ADMX file name and policy name.
- Some Microsoft policies use built-in Policy CSP pages whose area names don't match the ADMX file name, so verify the candidate against Microsoft Learn before deployment.
