Incidents Microsoft posts on its public Azure status page, and the reviews it publishes after major incidents.

Azure status

This is not the health of your services. The public page lists only incidents Microsoft chooses to post for everyone, usually wide ones. It says nothing about a particular tenant or subscription, and an empty list does not mean your services are healthy. For your own resources, check Azure Service Health in the Azure portal.

This installation does not read Azure public status

The operator can turn it on. It reads Microsoft's public status feed every 15 minutes and the incident history page every six hours; neither needs a tenant or credentials.
